At Timothy's Toolbox we take pride in our efficient and timely handling of orders. Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to do so within 1 business day.
Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will usually be shipped on the next business day. However, during times of high volume orders, it may take a little longer for us to process and ship your order.
Please Note: If an order or part of an order is backorderd, the order will ship out as soon as it becomes available.
Most of our shipping is through FedEx. Delivery through FedEx Ground/ Home is between 1-3 days depending on the delivery address. Transit days do not include the shipment day (handling time), weekends, or holidays.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes so physical addresses are required.
On occasion, we will also ship with USPS or UPS if FedEx Shipping is unavailable. Tracking numbers will be provided and attached to your order page.
For larger orders, a freight delivery may be used which will be carried out by a large truck, typically an 18-wheeler. In order for the delivery to be successful, the delivery location must be accessible to the truck. To ensure that the freight shipment company can contact you regarding delivery, please make sure to provide a phone number when placing your order.
Upon delivery of freight shipments, it is important to carefully inspect all packages for any damages or shortages. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. The delivery driver will provide documentation of delivery which you must review for accuracy and note if any damages are present.
It is imperative that you retain a signed copy of the delivery documentation for your records. In the event of any damages, please notify both the carrier and us immediately, but no later than 48 hours after delivery, as by U.S commerce law, all damages are the responsibility of the consumer once a delivery is signed for. We will provide as much assistance as possible to resolve the issue.
Once your order has been placed and the item has shipped out a tracking number will be sent to you for you to be able to track your order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message updating you on any tracking information provided. Sometimes tracking information isn't available for the first 24-48 hours. If any issues arise or you do not have your tracking number feel free to contact us in the "Contact us" page and we will resolve the issues promptly.
