Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONTACT THE STORE PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEM(S). If you do not contact us and make sure we know your intent of returning a product we will not be able to accept your return and give a refund. We must know prior to shipping so we can expect the package and know whose order is being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items must be returned complete, and intact. Missing parts, incomplete case quantities or partially used case quantities cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and is accepted as a return might be subject to a partial refund only
  • Item is returned damaged and not in the same condition as it arrived - orders must be returned in the same, unused condition.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually a 2-3 business day processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@timothystoolbox.com


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@timothystoolbox.com so we may determine where to ship the returned item to.

Shipping

To return your product, email us at info@timothystoolbox.com first so we can determine where to ship the returned item to. We carry many manufacturers and some manufacturers ask for defective items to be shipped back to them and some to us, the retailer. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (unless the item is determined to be damaged) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are very willing to work with you just contact us first before trying to return the product.

Original shipping costs for large equipment, power tools, or orders shipped Freight are non-refundable even if shipping was free on the original order. If you as the receiver refuse a freight order the cost of shipping is subject to be deducted from your refund. Keep in mind, if you refuse a freight shipment, the return shipping has to be paid to the freight company. 

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note that even if the original shipment was sent with "Free Shipping" a portion of the actual cost of shipping is subject to be deducted from your refund or credit. For example, if you bought a pair of Stilts for $300 and the order was shipped with "Free Shipping", a portion of the actual cost of shipping is subject to be deducted from the refund upon return. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If returning an item make sure to share the tracking number so we can both know when to expect the returned package.
