Asgard HAMMER Automatic Taper

The Asgard HAMMER Automatic Taper applies paper joint tape and joint compound together in one pass on drywall flat seams, ceilings, and inside corners. The tool meters compound as it moves so crews can tape long runs with consistent coverage, then use the built-in creaser wheel to seat the tape into inside corners before rolling and finishing.

A lightweight control tube gives the finisher a direct grip on the cutting action, while the adjustable brake helps keep the taper running smoothly under control. Hard-anodized drive components resist wear and corrosion, the stainless-steel push rod provides a durable drive connection, and the cutting mechanism ends each tape run cleanly.

Load the HAMMER from a compatible joint-compound pump through a gooseneck. It accepts standard paper joint tape from 2 1/16 to 2 1/8 inches wide, making it the central application tool in an Asgard automatic drywall taping system.
