Rectorseal Metacaulk 7" x 7" Fire Rated Putty Pad
The Rectorseal Metacaulk 7" x 7" Fire Rated Putty Pad is a one-component, fireproof putty pad designed for electrical boxes, conduit, and other through-penetration firestop systems. This moldable, non-curing pad expands (intumesces) when exposed to heat, forming an insulating char that blocks flames, smoke, gas, and water.
Tested for fire resistance up to 3 hours and with a Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 60, these fire putty pads deliver reliable performance while keeping assemblies code-compliant. They install easily by hand with no tools or mixing required.
